Enhanced human resource capabilities through various initiatives including:

  • Launched the company-wide onboarding programme designed to drive innovation and efficiency,
  • Developed HR Strategy for both years and recruited new HR team focussed on supporting its delivery.
  • HR Technology: Led programme for implementation of an HRIS & New Time & Attendance Systems.
  • Performance Management: Revamped System to influence performance to KPIs (including defined behavioural competencies based on roles).
  • Executive Development: Created Individual Development Plans for all members of the Executive Team and provided guidance to Chairman/Founder on leadership matters.
  • Employee Engagement: Developed and facilitated workshops/focus groups to all leaders based on the Gallup 12 Questions model.
